About the event
The MTC is designed to provide an opportunity for all new ministers and servant leaders to gain valuable insight and instruction to equip us for every good work and to fulfill the call to preach and teach the Gospel. God has saved us and called us with a holy calling, yet it is incumbent upon us to discover, develop and then be deployed in the operation of our calling in a spirit of excellence.
The Apostle Paul admonished Timothy to focus on reading, preaching, and doctrine and to give himself wholly to them so his progress could be clearly seen [1Tim. 4:13-15]. The MTC will engage, educate and empower us so that our ability to fulfill our call can be progressively developed and demonstrated. This personal development will lead to both individual and corporate blessings.
The MTC will address Protocol, Preparation and Practice. Training will include instruction, reading/homework assignments, and exams/assessments.
The MTC Curriculum will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

✦ HERMENEUTICS/EXEGESIS
✦ THE CYCLE OF THE SERMON/HOMILETICS
✦ PULPIT PROTOCOL/PROCEDURE
